Terms & Conditions

All bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit, which is transferable with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee

No shows will incur the full cost of your appointment

Please ensure your nails and skin are in a suitable condition for your treatment before you attend (please message me prior if you are unsure). A contra-indication such as fungal infection will mean your treatment cannot be carried out

Payment for the treatment(s) you receive must be made at the time of your appointment

Nail repairs are free for the first 3 days following your appointment, unless damage is caused by yourself

Nail art is not included in the price of your manicure

Please inform me if you are not happy with the outcome of your treatment before you leave; no refunds will be given once you have left your appointment

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time; my work space is in my family home and unfortunately I do not have a designated waiting area.
